Refund-Transfer Policy (Paper Tests)
Cancel or reschedule your test if you are eligible under our policy.
This policy applies to paper-based tests only. If you want to cancel or reschedule a computer-delivered test, please click here.
If you want to cancel or reschedule your test date, you must give us at least 5 weeks’ notice in writing. We will not accept requests made less than 5 weeks before your test date unless you have an emergency or inform us within 24 hours after making payment.
All cancellations/transfers are subject to an $80.00 administrative fee. For transfers, the fee must be paid before we can reschedule your date. For refunds, we will deduct the fee from your refund amount.
How to apply for a refund/transfer
- Download the Refund & Transfer Request Form.
- Complete with Adobe Reader and save to your device. If you do not have access to a computer or Adobe Reader, you can print and scan a copy.
- Email us the form as an attachment.
