Send your results to an organization
I am applying to a university or college
Your test centre can send your IELTS results directly to a university or college.
Option 1: Send your results through your IELTS account
- Log in to your IELTS account to add Recognizing Organizations to your test booking.
- Your results will automatically be submitted to the organization. Allow 24 hours before contacting their admissions office to follow up.
- If your university/college is not found, you will need to use Option 2 below.
Option 2: Ask your test centre to send your results
- If your university/college is not found using Option 1, you can ask us to submit your results.
- Place your order here. You will need to add each university/college separately before completing the order payment.
- The fee is $30 + tax for each university/college.
I am applying to IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada)
IELTS test centres do not send results directly to IRCC. However, you can submit your results on the IRCC application portal yourself.
You can download a digital copy of your e-TRF through your IELTS account. If IRCC requests a paper copy of your results, order one through our website.
I am applying to an employer or private company
Please check with the company you are applying to for instructions. They may accept an e-TRF directly from you. You can download your e-TRF from your IELTS account.
If the company requests an official paper copy from the test centre, we can mail or courier a copy to them. Make a request here.
