How to get your results
Your results will be released exactly 13 days after your paper-based test.
You will not receive an email to let you know your results are available.
After your results are released, you will:
- be able to check your results online
- have a copy of your Test Report Form mailed to you or available for pick up (depending on your chosen delivery method)
Check your results online
On the 13th day after your test date, you can preview your IELTS scores online. Match your information to your ID document exactly. This includes all first, middle and last names.
Given names: Your first and middle name(s) on your ID document.
Family name: Your last name(s) (also known as your surname) on your ID document.
If you do not have a family name on your ID document, please enter a hyphen only. The field cannot be empty.
Receive a paper copy of your Test Report Form
We will mail a copy of your Test Report Form to you unless you request to pick up your TRF from our Vancouver office on or before test day.
We cannot:
- Provide a digital (PDF) copy of your results.
- Send your TRF by email.
Delivery Time: Please allow up to 14 days for delivery with Canada Post.
If your TRF does not arrive within 14 days after your results are released, you can declare your report undelivered and we will mail a new copy free of charge. You must do this within 3 months to avoid additional charges. If your TRF is late due to an incorrect or incomplete address, there will be a $30 charge to send a new one.
