How to book a paper IELTS test
Step 1: Find a test date
Visit www.ieltsvancouver.com to search for a test date and location. Choose a test date and test type (General Training or Academic), then select Book Now.
You will be redirected to ielts.idp.com/book to complete your registration.
We currently have the following paper-based test locations available:
Please check the details of the test carefully, especially the date and test type (General Training or Academic). If everything looks correct, click Continue.
Step 2: Create a new account or log in to an existing account
Sign up for an IELTS account using your email address.
If you have previously taken an IELTS test with IDP, log in to your existing account. Click Forgotten Password? or Forgotten Username? if you need to retrieve your account log in details.
Use an email address that you check often and a password that you can remember.
Step 3: Register for your test
Follow the registration process and complete all the required information.
During the registration process, you will need to:
- Provide your personal information
- Provide an accepted ID document
- Upload a copy of your ID
- Answer some questions about why you are taking the test and if you have taken an IELTS test before
- Pay for your test
Step 4: Pay for your test
Pay online: Choose the Credit option if you want to pay with a credit or debit card.
