Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Go to your test booking

Use the menu to find your Candidate Bookings. Under the right test, click Details.

Go to your Application Details to view and update your ID information.

Step 3: Upload your photo or PDF document

Be prepared to upload your saved photo or a scan of your ID document. Click Select Image.

Note: Your ID will stay "unverified" until a staff member checks it. Please allow a few days for us to do this due to the high volume of applications. Do not worry if your application hasn't been verified yet - you can still attend your test.

Photo requirements:

  • JPG, PNG or PDF only
  • Less than 5MB
  • For passports: Take a photo of the page showing your photo, name, and expiry date of the passport. You also need to provide a photo of the signature page. If your signature does not appear on the same page, you will need to combine both pages in the same document.
  • For PR cards: Take a photo of the front of your PR card, showing your name, photo and card expiry date.
  • The photo must be clear (not blurry), taken in colour, and show all 4 corners of the document.
  • Do not take the photo in bright light. Avoid glare by taking the photo out of direct light.

Step 4: Check your ID details are correct

Make sure the following information is correct:

  • Your ID document number. This will be printed on your Test Report Form, so it must be correct.
  • Your ID expiry date.
