What's the registration deadline?
All tests have a registration deadline of at least 72 hours before the start of the Listening, Reading and Writing.
For a paper test: The test will close between 3 to 7 days before the test date, or when the test becomes full - whichever is sooner. Therefore, we recommend booking your paper test at least 7 days in advance to avoid disappointment. Once the test is closed, no new registrations can be made. Please book the next one.
For a computer test: The test will close exactly 72 hours (3 days) before the start time of the Listening, Reading and Writing sections, or when the test becomes full - whichever is sooner.
I started to register but didn't finish. Do I need to start again?
If you started a booking, you might be able to log back on to your account to finish it.
For paper-based tests: Log in here. Your progress will be saved for up to 24 hours.
For computer-based tests: Log in here. Your progress will be saved for up to 30 minutes.

I have not paid for the test yet. Am I still registered?
No, you are not registered for a test until you pay for it. Make sure you pay for your test before the 72-hour registration deadline.
If you have selected "Offline payment", please visit our office to complete your cash payment. If you made a mistake and want to pay online with a debit or credit card, please start a new booking and select the online payment option. Contact us if you need to cancel your offline payment.
