Email us to change your module (academic or general). All other changes follow the standard policies outlined below.

14 days or more before your test date:

Complete the form. There is an $80 fee to transfer or cancel your test for this service. You do not have to provide evidence.

Less than 14 days before your test:

1. If you have evidence* of an emergency outside of your control (e.g. severe illness or the death of a close family member), complete the form to transfer or cancel. You can do this up to 2 days after your original test date. You cannot use this option if you are not prepared for the test or have a scheduling conflict.

2. If you do not have evidence of an emergency outside of your control, you can request a transfer. Complete the form. You must do this before your test date. There is a $120 fee to transfer within 3 months of the original test date. Refunds are not possible, and transfers must be within 3-months of your original test date.

*Evidence is assessed on an individual basis but must be from an official source, in English, untampered with and align with the test date. We will contact the professional issuing the note to ensure validity. Your request will be denied if we cannot verify the authenticity of evidence.
