Report a mistake on your TRF/account
When you register for your test, make sure to enter all information correctly.
In particular, please check the following is correct because it will be printed on your official Test Report Form:
- Your full name, including all first, middle and last names that appear on your ID document.
- Your date of birth.
- Your ID document details, including the ID number and expiry date.
There is a mistake with my personal or ID information.
Update any incorrect information on your account immediately. Please email us at [email protected] to confirm the change.
If your information is still wrong on your official Test Report Form, please email us immediately to report it. If you do not report mistakes on your TRF within 3 months after your test date, we may charge a fee of $30.00 CAD to issue a new copy.
There is a mistake with my address, or I want to update my address.
Update the address on your account immediately. If there are 7 days or less before your test date, email us at [email protected] to inform us that you have changed your mailing address. You must email us to avoid your TRF being mailed to the wrong address.
