Cancellation and Transfer Policy-

Within 24 -hours of booking:
Email us to change your module (academic or general). All other changes follow the standard policies outlined below.


5-14 days or more before your test date:
You may transfer your test date or asks for refund- there is a fee of
$94.75 for both of these services. We will refund your test fee minus
$94.75. We will transfer you after you pay the additional $94.75. If
your fee is not paid in the 5-14 day window, the policy for 4 days or
less will apply.


Less than 5 days before your test:
Refunds and transfers are not possible unless you have evidence* of an emergency outside of your control (e.g. severe illness or the death of a close family member), complete the form
to transfer to a test within 3 months of your original test date
(cancellations are not permitted). There is an $94.75 fee for this
service. Evidence and payment must be received no more than 48 hours after your scheduled test. 


2. If you do not have evidence of an emergency outside of your control, you can request a transfer. Complete the form. You must do this before your test date.
There is a $130 fee to transfer within 3 months of the original test
date. Refunds are not possible, and transfers must be within 3-months of
your original test date.



*Evidence is assessed
on an individual basis but must be from an official source, in English,
untampered with and align with the test date. We will contact the
professional issuing the note to ensure validity. Your request will be
denied if we cannot verify the authenticity of evidence.
